Spiro Kangles

Born and raised in Regina, Spiro Kangles studied Pharmacy at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. As his education came to an end and graduation approached, Spiro decided there was nowhere better than his home in Regina to pursue his career. He has been the proud owner of the Medicine Shoppe on Rochdale for six years.

His favourite part of the job is developing relationships with people, building trust, and playing a vital part in the patient’s health care. He was recognized by the Saskatchewan Senior’s Mechanism at the 2012 Senior Volunteer Awards as the most Senior Friendly Business. His team is known for taking the extra time to ensure the seniors’ population health needs are met.

Athena

Athena is Ideal Protein coach and co-owner of the Medicine Shoppe.

After doing the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method herself two years ago, Athena lost 15 lbs in 8 weeks* and has maintained that weight loss ever since. The Ideal Protein Maintenance Phase has made it easy to enjoy all foods with the knowledge of what foods can be combined and which ones cannot.

Athena has participated in the Level II and III Advanced Training Module and has participated in Ideal Protein Super Weekends. Because of her training and experience of doing the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method, she has experienced many of the challenges dieters might experience. Her knowledge and experience with the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is essential to best help her dieters through their weight loss journey.

Her positive yet honest attitude helps maintain the dieter’s motivation throughout the weight loss process. She ensures that she is always available to her dieter’s for any concerns, questions, or support they require.
